National Prosecutor, First Deputy to the Prosecutor General - Poland

    From November 2005, Director of Bureau of Organized Crime of the National Prosecutor’s Office. In 2006-2007, head of the Internal Security Agency, the main Polish civil special service. Former member of the voivodship council of Silesia. From 2015 to 2016, he held the office of Undersecretary of State in the Ministry of Justice. Alumnus of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University in Cracow. He completed also postgraduate studies in European law. Lecturer at the University of Social and Media Culture in Toruń. One of the founders and active member of the Independent Association of Prosecutors “AD VOCEM”. Author of many publications concerning inter alia the system of justice, organized crime, and special services. Co-author of the books “Łańcuch Poszlak” /”Chain of circumstantial evidence”/ and “Afery czasów Donalda Tuska” /”Scandals of the Donald Tusk era”/.
