Col. Cohen has 29 years of experience as a commander at C5I Branch in Israeli Defence Forces. In IDF he held positions of Head of C5I (J6) in theIDF Central Command, and Commander of the Electronic Warfare and Spectrum Management of IDF.
He designed and developed solutions for operational demands, and set most of C5I and Electronic Warfare and Spectrum Management Concepts and Top Architecture.
He brought innovative and creative approach to challenge and initiating to strategic change processes that lead IDF.
Col. Avraham Cohen holds B.Sc. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Ben Gurion University, and MA in Law from Bar Ilan University.
